yup, its me again...

This is another scratchbuilt 3D plane called "slowfly28" from rcg. I'm sure u guys have seen it or even built one. Really simple build... just took a day . lately i've decided to make very light and easy to carry in a small car kind of planes, so came up with this idea.

Used 8mm foam, 28" span, 28" long, 10" root chord (3" ailerons),  3x servos, Hxt 24gm 1300kv from HK, 8x6 slowfly, e-max 12A esc & 800Mah 20c 3s from rcd. a.u.w 350gms. motor on 3s gives 400+ gms of thrust and sounds really sweet ;D

take off was a charm..at 60% throttle simply let go off the fingers wt a little forward jerk. No trims reqd..At first, it was hard to belive how slow this thing can fly :P does everything, hovers verry well.
Trust me, in the hands of a good 3d pilot this bird will do a knife-edge at walking speeds!!
Get a good 15min appx. flight with abv setup.

Hi Amar/Vector,

Your builds have always been exceptional and am a great fan of your work.

you should try building some weird planes..

cheers..

the delta was weird enough for me, i never thought it would fly so good without any vertical surface  8-)
