Actually if i mount it like the way u suggested, i dont know how but plane's tail is lowered than the way i have mounted it. hope this helps. Thx

i am not much technical about Aerodynamics, but logically i can think that lower tail side will give you a easy lift while take off. also during landing if something stuck like grass in the spring of landing gear may break the rudder. if you really want to increase the tail height i would suggest you to correct the landing gear as suggest by me and bend the landing gear wire a little to increase the height. It will look real also.

i wish if i could make the stearable  tail gear in my Pliatus...

that's the problem....design of pilatus tail part is weird
it will not give you way to put this system as for this there should be a gap in the tail wing so that the steering assembly can be inserted in the rudder, which is possible in Pilatus if i cut the tail wing in two half and give some gap in the center, like the one others have.
