EPP is Expanded PolyPropylene,
its a great material, unbreakable hoevewer hard is yr crash, but it needs lot of reinforcement as it is very flexible..

Epp is actually EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE. Follow the link ------> http://www.epp.com/ for more info. cool stuff for parkflyers. EPS (Expanded polystyrene foamhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polystyrene) is also good. XPS (Extruded polystyrene) is the flexible foam found usually inside packaging cases, cd covers etc............

I also felt that the foam is a bit too thin (keeps the weight down, I guess) as compared to the 5mm foamies that I have been using.

Other than that, it is a nice plane.

Are you sure the "going up" problem is not just an elevator trim issue ?

About low aileron response, I think people are not responding because the question is not clear.  What exactly are you trying to do ?  Are you trying to do something like a torque roll from a hover position ?

If your existing servos are able to give you enough deflection of the ailerons and hold them there, you should not have this issue.

Basically, it looks like we need more information before people can pitch in with suggestions.
