Hi everyone I am building my new park flyer which is a piper cub material I am using is Coro sheet for
Fuselage construction and ordinary packing thermocol for wing construction, I assume weight of the plane is around 350 -400 grms , plan is taken from outerzone . i am trying to use my own handmade wooden propeller for this plane , earlier test on the propeller showing it create some vibration as it is very difficult to maintain equal pitch on both side , I am trying to improve the quality of my wooden prop .i am mango wood for the propeller

Around 95 cm span and 14 cm chord.
It's styrofoam so weight would be around 100 gms for the wing with the tape. Add some more for the spar.

Yes we are getting very nice finish if we are using hot wire cutting , but i hand carved the wing
Anybody have some idea about the technical detail of the wing profile and performance of the skysurfer wings because i copy it in my piper cub wing.
