yes prabal this is hand made propeller , it is made of mango wood and totally hand crafted by me, i had tested these propellers , it is not reversed as it seem from the picture. actually i am still working on these propellers they are not totally successful , first i am not able to maintain equal pitch on both side that's why they create some vibration and approx 50 grms of less thrust as compare to plastic props, i had flown my airplanes using these hand made props with success , i am improving , i want to use it in this model ,if all up weight of the airplane not exceed 250 grms. i want 1:1 thrust to weight . let's see how it goes......

as i said, the piper cub is a very sensitive model to thrust and thrust angle.
mine was over powered and i gave 2 degree down thrust.
Even though that, all it wanted to do was to loop.
keep an 4 degree downthrust and use 50% throttle for maiden.
reduce elevator throws and add -ve expo

@wingmanbunty

That is awesome project.   You have lots of patients and skill.   You made the whole wing by sanding it with hand and handmade propeller too, I am amazed.  I really appreciate your work.  Waiting for the maiden.

although the weight of the airplane is not calculated yet if airplane is over weight then in first flight i have to use plastic propeller , because i have to lift more weight and i need more thrust  , but on latter test i am definitely planning to use my home made wooden propeller in piper cub. here is quick look how these props are made.
