Hi All.

Here is my first balsa build. Trying my best to give it a scale look. The plan is from outerzone.co.uk. http://www.outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=688.

All major portions are completed. Here are few build photos.

reinforce the servo mount...else ur balsa mount will get splinter as the time goes..even the lamination of glass fiber cloth will provide the addon to the strength of fuselage...good work john..keep it up...

Hi Harshad.
The mounts are ply.  Laminating with glass fiber cloth wont be needed I think as its a very small plane with 22" WS.
I will take care of this things in my future builds. Thanks for the inputs.

Dear Prabal, Balsa is very easy to cut.  Just use a paper cutting knife available at the local market.... In case you are dealing with hard balsa you may use a saw blade.  I have used the Paper knife most times and it has worked out fine.  To cut out a kit from Balsa Sheets... just make templates of the size required on butter paper and then use it to make your Balsa sheet and cut them to size.

Yes you have to fix some angle of incidence which is called pitch. ...apart from that dihedral is the angle set to the wings for auto leveling...simply dihedral is the angle between the two wing pannels.....if u are a beginner dihedral will help you a lot....these parameters are based on your design.....
