Download a plan, source biofoam, print the plan on paper, attach the printed papers together and stick it on the foam sheet, cut as per the paper template, use glue to fix the cut pieces together and reinforce (with CF rods, kabab sticks, cycle spokes, etc).

The blue baby and blue cub seems to be advised for beginners by many. For even sturdier planes made from coro, see http://www.spadtothebone.com/SPAD/ . Go for something with "type" of "Trainer", and source out a corresponding electric power system. |
