I have a few comments about your site, and a few queries.

COMMENTS
1. The pics of the models show full colour finish. Will they be supplied like that or without any finish/colouring? Please clarify

2. The price of the kits is different on different pages. Please reconcile

3. You are offering Monokote. Monokote is a trademarked product. Are you offering the original or clone?

4. In the description of your foam board kits, it says ‘this is not laminated foam sheet’
What does that mean? Please clarify

5. If you post pictures of the actual contents of a kit, it will help us visualise what we will get.

QUERIES

1. You are offering balsa sheets, but we have no idea of the qualitty, density or source.
Most important for me is density. Can you please let us know the weight of a 100x1000x3mm sheet?

2. What is the minimum number of balsa sheets you can send in one order?

3. What will be the approximate shipping cost of say 5 sheets, for example to Indore?

If you reply in detail to this post, it will help all the members, and establish your reputation.

Due to some technical problems our whole team was busy resolving the issues. below are the answers for your query.

answer to comments
1. Yes pics of models shows finish colored if you purchase arf model through our web. rather other sites provides white paper board covering.
2.No sir price is same on all pages and it wont change even at checkout page. Price is inclusive of all taxes and shipping.
3. We are offering Covering film not monocot. By mistakenly Written monocot. Its non branded but we have used it and found good quality.
4. Yes in description its is mention non laminated foam board sheets but then customers ask for laminated sheets. so we provide color laminated laser cut sheets now and we have updated in web that it is colored laminated sheet. you can check in any foam board product about it.
5. Actual photos of kit we will upload soon but if you need then we can send you through email.

answer to queries
1. We measured weight of 285x100x3mm balsa sheet weight and it was 14gms. so according to that density of balsa sheets is 163 kg/cu.m or 0.163 g/cu.cm
2.  Minimum order is two sheets. It wont get damage in shipping. shipping mostly done by fedex who takes care of fragile items.
3.  Approx. delivery time to indore is 4-5 days.

Guys I think this seller has stopped shipping...few people are having issues with him :)

I've found some great kits at www.goradiocontrol.com.
I believe they are based out of Karnataka. They have a good collection of FT kits. I've ordered one.

Also, they use the brown waterproof foam board which is great of you want to paint your models.

I'll let you know my experience one I receive the order.

how was your experience with goradiocontrol.com?

Goradiocontrol is good but inexperienced. The quality of their material (foamboard) is good but their laser cutting still needs some improvement.
You can try one of their lower priced models, to start with. We don't have a lot of options here, in India. So, we will have to make do with what's being offered.

Do let me know if you end up buying from them or any other store, for that matter. I'm also looking for some more options.
