Kalyan whats your idea about the servos installation.
I am planning to put the elevator and rudder controls close to the tail. what do you think?

I am planning to use one servos for the aileron controls and very confused where to put the servos man. The aileron control horns needs angle since I am using only one servo so I am not sure about the angle. Which is the best place to put the aileron servo on the top or bottom?
Can you tell me about your power plant

Fixing with double sided glued foam tape with coro. keeping servos near to wing end. just behind 6" from aileron servo.
Making Motor mount with coro fixed with screw, nuts & washers with fuselage.
Making POM Horns with steel wire.

Motor Emax CF2822 ,
1060 prop
Turnigy Plush 25A ESC
9gm servo- Aleron-1
5 gm servo - For rudder & Elevator.
Turnigh 1AH, 3S 25-35C battery.

But I have no power plant Wink .

vish I used hot glue gun to glue everything. The motor mount is made of two square coro sheet with flutes perpendicular to each other sandwiched between two pieces of sim card plastic. I used tooth picks with rubber bands to mount the motor and inserted a tooth pic in an angle to get the motor faced down and angled to right just like dave said  Grin.

here is my completed plane waiting for maiden.

all the electronics are sticked using double side tape and the battery is sticked and then ziptied. I used re-inforcement for the front fuse and the place where the battery is mounted.

All the control rods are cycle spokes. Notice the aileron control rods are angled first then turn straight to the reach the aileron horns.

I am sure you can build it better  Giggle .

My doubts.
1. How can i make a perfect z bends I always end up getting more space for the servo arms to play.
2. How to launch it ?

Head Scratching Anwar are you telling the use of coro motor mount is new or the rubber band style is new  Head Scratching. The rubber band style with the tooth pick is followed by many. I saw that from rcpowers dave's videos(he is my role model  Bow).

Me and sreedhar did the maiden today. Didn't had a camera to video it. Wow cool plane for flying. If you are starting scratch building this is the easiest and forgiving plane. Can be build within 3 hrs. It flys awesome. Broke 2 props Sad and the motor mount came off during a crash when I tried with a smaller prop(Just one more flight attitude). Will post a video of the second flight next week Smiley.
