What do you want? Electric freeflight or electric rc?
Pl. be specific.

No harm giving it a shot thats the fun here .....most of all u would need micro electronics ........just like wat sahil suggested ive used brushless as well but depends on the weight......... what i would do is ...?...
first is plan a 3channel plane try increasing the tail part making it  bigger a bit then putting in rudder, elevator , remove all the rubber bad stuff ,put in horn,rods....foucus on weight big time......after all done weight the plane......then jump in for a good set of electronics depending on the weight. U have to decide here brushed or brushless this is the main part wat rx u will use . Then again it all about the weight u have now...to decide on electro..after all mentioned is done.for sure if u have a good set up it will do good.......can u put up a video of the rubber powered flight let seee how she flys......this plane looks robust  and has a bit of polydihedral in her so i feel it will be a sucess try hard....do wat i said thats if u ok with striping it apart only dont catch my neck later its a trial and error scene here do not regret later.

Let me know after you have done the above.... throw me a pm ...do not buy electronics yet....u basic thing is getting her totally ready only installing motor, rx,batt...etc should be left

I feel u may need to go brushless and she will be a bit fast? Iets see the weight thou? Do you have a micro rx?
