This is one of my indoor epp builts.

not able to get long filght time. but still it flys
total weight is about 9gms against the suggested 6gms.
maily battery and receiver takes 4gms of weight.



I used 6x14mm motor and the static thrust seems to be 3 to 3.5gms.

Rudder is controllable and an actuator is attached to it (That time bought some actuators in bidproduct web shop)

Have tried two different TX RX sets.

One is IR TX RX salvaged from old 2 channel heli (where tail motor only driven on forward/reverse)
One is 27mhz TX RX salvaged from my flying truck.(receiver is about 2.2gms)

I usually roam around all the Toy shops in chennai to specifically look for cheap electronic and flying toys...
I have seen this flying truck in life style at EA mall and was priced at Rs 2000. Thought rate is bit high and not sure whether it will work.

Around February 2012, When end of sale was going on, as usual i entered into toys section of life style and shocked with surprise. The Flying Truck was going on sale with 90% off and Rs 199 only.

I immediately packed 5 of these trucks... and tried one on that week end. It was working really wonderful.
Packed another 7 more to give it to all my friends here in Chennai and Erode.

I kept 3 for me and rest i have distributed to all my close friends....
Now all trucks are disassembled and taken out the motor gear box,Battery and RX for my experiments...

the next week again i have gone to life style ... hoo no... all trucks are sold out.

Still some trucks are there in Landmark here with Rs2000 Price tag....looking at it with greedy....One day it should be mine ....(if they give > 70% off)

This month Update
1. The Toy Shop is offering 40% discount on Helis and planes....
    Will post some pictures.
2.Kanchi Plaaza is having new stocks of Helis ... with 10% off (however their price is still cheaper that anybody else)
   Have seen an electric heli of about 32 inch long with gyro for Rs 3999...i think...Will confirm this Saturday..
