What 's the material that you have used for the making of fuselage. From picture it seems like Sun-board

Also let us know that whether you have used a normal thermocole sheet or Hd sheet for wings.

@kplkum: Your build seems to be good. A small suggestion, please check your trailing edges. Also, which airfoil is this? Did you used hot wire cutter for it?

You need to work on your wing for a better airfoil. Kindly make a hot wire cutter and using a good template slice out your wing.

Well... the entire wing profile may need to be looked into for being aerodynamic.  The model may fly... but with a very high aerodynamic drag.... i.e. high penalty on overall performance.  It could be a roll to one side, or a wing drop or a tip pitch up...... or plain extra drag.  Also look into your aileron thickness... they need to flush in properly with the wing aerofoil.

Youtube says that the video is 'private'  Smiley . So, no chance to see the video. Grin  That apart, What did you expect Huh?? It seems that you have made no efforts to take up the suggestions from those seniors who were kind enough to see your thread and suggest some changes, like Shobhit17  Salute. The airfoil and the alignment of the control surfaces were sadly mistuned / misaligned  Bang Head. You have seen the result...  Sad Never mind man, there is no end to the learning curve and it is never too late to start, learn and earn by experiences . Keep forging ahead  Clap Clap . Good luck.

Do a ground test before mounting everything on your model again. Mount the motor somewhere with prop. Connect ESC to it. Check whether everything is solved or not. Do it for atleast 3-4 minutes changing the throttle after some time.

@kplkum

as flash player is not working on my pc so i havent seen the video , by seeing the airplane picture at
page 1 it seem that you put the esc inside the airplane

its my persional suggestion it is not necessary i put my esc at the windshild area of the airplane ie outside

so that the propeller air help little bit to absorb the heat of the esc  .

see my coro build anti stress machine.

overall you have design very good airplane , all the best with your new esc  Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

The motor is a huge power plant and I recommend to use 50A Red brick with it.
What prop you use with the motor ? Does it overloads the motor ? Prop is the first to check any power system for RC Plane.
If the power system is OK, you can use full throttle definitely.

Go for 1060 DD/SF prop. Dont use 1260 with 40A ESC. you can use full throttle.
Does 1260 used when the esc burnt ? I always go with 1.5 times of motor's max current limit for ESC.
And just below size for prop from recomendation of Motor so that it wont burnt even at full throttle. I keep ESC Inside of model as I know my design will not burnt.
What is AUW ?
