A little vibration should not be a problem. If you want you can reinforce it with bamboo stick, the kind used in kites. Just push one in a flute of the horizontal stabilizer.

Nice work on the landing gears and motor mount.....

Ensure the motor has 3 degrees of right and down thrust to counteract the effect of torque on the fuselage.......

Keep Updating.

Ritz, nice work indeed. But, I am afraid you are adding a lot of weight which is not good. You could easily do with out all those wood you have added to the fuse. If you follow the original plan from BEX (Spadworld.net), you could reduce some weight on the LG also. You could find my build info on page 11 on the link "ved" posted here earlier. Keep us updated on the build. Will be glad to share what ever I have learned.

Ritz, The spar should be either wood, or 2 pieces of 4mm coro crisscrossed all the way. Secondly, your wing wrap should be 4" wide (am assuming that your have the flutes on the wing running cordwise) with flutes spanwise. Once you glue these properly, there should not be a reason for it to fold.
