Man,

You guys really tempting me like beginners.... (:|~ (:|~ (:|~ (:|~
I am running around to Nutball to RASS40 to your scratch built...... :o :o :o :o :o

I am yet to go shopping today for Coro,  now let me pack some Depron also.

Here in chennai Depron is caledl Foam board (Bio-Foam) but it is stiff and easily broken.
Do you use any rib or enforcement to the wings to stay fit?

Can i have a closure look of your depron material?

Shivela Go for coro rather than depron.. Which is very stable and good for beginners..

Also very cheap :giggle:

Why do you avoid those 2mm coro.. 2mm is is enough for the build..
Sandwich 2 of them for tail part..

thank you for the idea sir
very recently we found that coro is available but 200 rs per sheet of 4x6 feet, quality is too poor.
ill try to build one .
right now working on building the plane using naturally available materiel.

And in Kolkata 250 for 6.5' x 8' sheet. But the coro is 3mm and the cost is from dealer.
I am not find 2mm coro here. So you are lucky. Just check counting the numbers of flutes per 10cm and would realise 2mm or 3mm. During despatch, with pressure, the square flutes approach rhombus. So, the thickness sometimes shows lower than 3mm and people imagine about 2mm. With 2mm you can build very precise and lighter wing.

The dencity of 3mm coro is 0.2561 gm/sqinch. You may need this for calculating the airframe weight prediction and simulation of CG with electronics.

Kalyan sir they actually sell this as 2mm coro but they measure a bit more than 2mm..
Here they never seen a coro of thickness more than 2mm... :giggle: :giggle:
