A KFM2 aerofoil would have given wing loading, allowing to fly at very little throttle.
The control surface look fine to me. As aI told you over the phone, give very little throws for both Aileron and Elevator - 20-30% DR would be more then enough. On higher throws, Flywings behave very erratically. Keep the CG perfect before powering the motor for maiden. Do some test glide with every thing fitted.
