Great build Akky. A KFM2 aerofoil would have given wing loading, allowing to fly at very little throttle.

The control surface look fine to me. As aI told you over the phone, give very little throws for both Aileron and Elevator - 20-30% DR would be more then enough. On higher throws, Flywings behave very erratically. Keep the CG perfect before powering the motor for maiden. Do some test glide with every thing fitted.

nice build akky , as ujjwal said KFM2 aerofoil gives very good gliding pattern ,infact i have tried on my own designed delta it works great .
between nice build and belly pattern looks like some kind of illusion! all the best for your maiden!

To increase thrust you need more  money! But to reduce weight you  need nothing!

Basically you can go with the stick, or a ply sheet stuck well with triangular supports.
