Well.. One of my summer projects this summer is a plane!
I have LOADS of sim time, so if I fly carefully, I should be able to learn on a yak 54, right?

So, I was looking at the 25mm EPP Yak 54 from rcforall:
http://rcforall.co.in/product_info.php/products_id/48

The main reason I selected this is because I dont wanna grow out of a trainer too fast..
Also, the cessns is only 3 channel, whereas the yak is 4.. Also, it's BIG.. From what I've heard, bigger is more stable, right?

Motor comes with the kit..
ESC:
http://rcelectro.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.v5.tpl&product_id=31&category_id=5&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=5

Radio is the HK 6ch available from Mr. Praveen..

Servos:
http://rcelectro.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.v5.tpl&product_id=27&category_id=4&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=4

Not finalized on a battery.. Looking for a 3s 1000-1500 mah 30c.. Not able to find any 30c.. Only 20c  Huh?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Divyam

I am not weird...Instead i am a bit different....

learning to fly on a 3D plane that too a flat profile ..... Bang Head Bang Head Bang Head Bang Head...its a pain.....believe me i have been trying the same i have a already abused two brand new epp planes that they are no longer in flyin condition going to do with 1 more after my exams but no i can fly it well ...but seriously you cant learn proper flying from these flat foamies .....it better you get an easy star or easy cub....its a free suggestion my my side if u want it you can take else your choice....
taking of yak...i personally don't like yak...its better you build an extra

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.. I have learnt PROPERLY on a sim.. So, hoping I can start with a 3d Foamie.. (So I don't grow out of it too fast) I was hoping to reduce EPA..
Else, I'll go with the Cessna 182 from Techone..
http://cgi.ebay.in/Cessna-182-Mini-Plane-Motor-and-Prop-/150570144292?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item230eae1224

@Augustinev
I don't know lotta techniques for building from scratch..
So, I wanted my 1st foamie to come with all hardware included.. Maybe after this, I'll start scratchbuilding..

IF I do go with the Cessna, how are these electronics?

Ya, the Cessna is foam..
The F-22 is certainly a harder model to learn on..
