Dear All Members,

JETS beauty, sound and speed is a ispiration for ma , however I cant handle  JET speed , but they always attracted me. This year,  long rainy season given me a lot of time and oppurtunity to complete repair and new projects.

Wing Span – 36 Inch
Air foil – KF4
Weight –  600- 700 Gms
Material  - 8 mm  BIOFOAM
Glue – Hot Glue, Araldite, Fevicol Decoration Glue

Nice job. Look forward to performance details.
If you build a version 2, you may like to consider the following suggestions:
1. Keep the step at 40% of the chord
2. Step height 8-10% of chord
3. Tapering the top and bottom sheets towards the tip to maintain thickness/chord ratio.
Hope this helps.
Best of luck for maiden.

Thanks Sundaram, Tanmay, Iyer Ji and Sanjay Ji for kind words.
The plan is from FRC FOAMMY - Boxermad84, you can easily search on Google.
Plan has two version of 36 and 26 in wing span .

Iyer Ji,

I found three different shapes of KF 4 Airfoil. Since my model is some heavy, so chosen pattern #2 for more lift. Regarding steps , I follow the plan , which may be at 50% of chord.

Pattern #2 generates more lift and helps model to float in air.

Sure will do Sanjai Bhai! and thanks Smiley

Mjet: I had a HK 2200kv laying around (from my first ever rc plane 2 years back: again SU37 SF from Tomhe) which I intend to use with a MA 6x4 3blade pusher, plush 40A from my foamy yak and couple of 9g HXT servos. I cut the pieces few weeks back but found time to put them together yesterday night. Hope to finish her by tomorrow and maiden on Friday.

Most of our GAS fliers at the field are into these jet foamies these days to have some fun, and relaxation in between flights. Thought I should give it a try Cheesy and I do miss scratch building.
