However the biggest problem is the batteries... Also suggest good source of batteries to fly these planes

No issues with the batteries sir, our bigger 37" Airplane takes 850-1000mah 3S which is easily available every where.
Try lemon batteries from robu.in, perfect for these.

smaller 33" takes 450-650mah 2s, same available on robu.

for PNP version plane would come assembled or it needs assembly ?

thanks, i have personally flown the 33" version here in baroda, it was quite stable and precise.

37" Planes are far stable than the 33", so floaty and forgiving, also the current wicked pro kits are superior in foam quality, hardware etc.
