Wing first - any crash landing may break wing into 2 ... since you have not used any spar for wings.

else use a thin bamboo stick chiseled into nice 5 x 3 mm or a CF rod as wing spar.

Saurabh Sir.

Wing has 1/2" wooden spar inside it. Also wing is made up of the kind of foam used in sky surfer, rather its much stronger than that.
I have covered half of the wing bottom and top with white drawing sheet with diluted fevicol too. Hope it will take the crashes..  Grin

Iyer Sir.

Almost copied all the aspects from Techone Funfly apart from the down thrust of the motor.
Is it going to affect the flying characteristics ??

If the wood piece shown in pic u call as spar then....  Spar is a reinforcement which runs three fourth of the wing. If the foam is strong then 👌   but then the second question....... Where did you get that kind of foam?
For down right thrust it's important if u have a big prop.....in your case 8 inch prop will be big prop

Saurabh sir.
Got it.. the spar thing..  Grin

That foam came along with a packing for an industrial UPS for our office. I always keep my eyes open for that kind of free thingies..  Grin
All my builds are from the foam collected from roadsides. For example the control surface for the aileron you can see is the red color one is coroplast from a Times of India ad. Grin

Sahil sir.

As i mentioned before.. the foam is like sky surfer foam material .. a bit more stronger rather than that you can say. Even i don't know the name of that material. it has slightly synthetic type finish.
