Glues used:

1. Regular CA
2. Hot Glue
3. Fevicol Decoration Glue

Of all, hot glue seems to works best for EPP.

Fixing servo mounts:

Unlike what is stated in the manual, I found that a making a 45 degree cut on the side of the servo hole makes it easier to pass the servo wire through it and also enables easier changing of the servos.

Fixing wings:

The wings are a tight fit and it requires a little bit of wriggling to slide them into the wing slot.

Test fitting the horizontal stabilizer helps in getting the correct alignment for the wings.

CA was dripped along the edges and then sealed off with hot glue. To get a clean finish, I use ice cream stick - Just run the glue gun along and then scoop off excess glue by running along the ice cream stick.

Horizontal and Vertical Stabilizer fitted...

For the vertical stabilizer, as CA was not holding well, I used Fevicol decoration glue and then hot glue.

Fitting control arm was fairly easy. Just cut a slot with the knife, slide the control horn, drip CA and seal off with little hot glue.

Use the longest control arm to get maximum throws. Even though the kit has attachment to fit to the small control arm, I found it easier and better to use the default control arm that came with the servo.

Also, fit the linkage stoppers to the servo arm instead of the control arm as in the photos. It becomes easier that way to adjust control surfaces.

Little bit of foam was cut near the tail to enable easy movement of the rudder control arm (removing the linkage stopper from the rudder control horn and fitting it to the servo arm made it easier).

Tail gear fitted:

Cut a slot deep enough for 75% of the tail gear support to go in with the help of knife and flat screwdriver. Squirted hot glue inside and then slid the gear wedge inside.

Fitted main landing gear, carbon fiber supports for the horizontal stabilizer, ESC, etc. Sorry no photos.

Couple of issues that we had to deal with:

1. The rubber band for the prop adapter was tight enough and hence there was wobbling of the propeller at high throttle. Replaced it with regular rubber band and the issue was solved (This ingenious idea was provided by Nithinraj and will post a pic/video of the same shortly).
2. The battery (3S 1300mah) was a snug fit and hence the battery strap velcro could not be looped back. You either need to cut the foam or put velcro with adhesive on the the battery mount/top to hold the battery in place. Second option sounds better as I had been doing that with my Multiplex Parkmaster without any issues.

Maiden flight was successful without any trims required. The CG appeared to be nose heavy initially but on inspection found that the ailerons were slightly up. Made them in line with the bottom of the wing and it flew perfectly later on.

Video coming soon...
