Yellow SUBMARINE - a unique name. I think this is the first Kfmu2 plane on RCI. The speed at which you build, we can expect the msiden this weekend.  Roll Eyes

Build planes like feathers rather than tanks, both handle bullets equally well.

@ashok Sir - thanks and apologies Grin for the misleading name - just something to remember my planes.....maiden as soon as I have decided which bird to cull - for servos & CF !!!

@ eric - thank you. Neil's suggestions are apt for beginners. If you are looking for something that will cause you the lowest heart burn in the learning phase, have a look at this: http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/pusher-trainer-for-beginners-bgnr/

you cant go wrong. For simpler build try a KFm2 wing with regular stationary stores 10mm thermocol.

@ Neil....thanks.

some more pics of the build

@bmblb,
Why lower your established build quality standards?
See PM.

@ Iyer sir....responded to pm.

Started this build in Nov 14 - so some handling fatigue has set in....the plane actually feels/looks better than in the pics.....truth is, I finished this in a rush....

But I am with you....there are a few sore points....like the un equal uc legs, the fin could change or reinforced with cf....please feel free to point out other observations....

....and the kf step needs to reduce by 0.75in, if ail are to be omitted.
