how do i replace it?

Get a spare shaft buddy.... which motor are you using?spare shaft avail? if so its a 5 min job to replace that dont worry.. Smiley

@arun... its a turnigy L2210A.... and there was no video... only a few photo's.... after that she nosedived from 50ft straight into the ground... Cry

Ankit the motor shaft is 3mm search for kd replacement shaft or get any similar 3mm shaft from lhs and alter them, just make some groves to fit the screws and fit it.. try to select a shaft of lenght 44mm(a bit more or less is also fine)And i meant i want to see the flight video after the rebuild.. Smiley

@ ankit: i  cant see any damage in your battery  Head Scratching.. may be battery is perfect i guess.  if your battery smells like fruit flavour, that means your battery has damage and its not safe to use. Smiley
