Your shaft has got displaced, grub screws are loose. Remove the motor. Tap the shaft from the back (checking that the circlip is intact) and re-tighten the grub screw (s) in the front end (the prop end) which clamp the outer rotor to the shaft

This is a small issue. Use spell-checker, makes your post easier to read

to get rid of this prob.. remove e-clip from rotor shaft and put a spacer there. this may solve your prob.. or there is a grub screws on your top of the motor loose that screw and remove gap and than tight it back....

No, it is not OK. In time it could lead to a failure of the retaining circlip. It is a 2 minute fix; you do not have to do anything but tap the shaft back into place and tighten the grub screws.

What has happened is the grub screw or screws on the opposite side (Prop side) have loosened. So the shaft has moved. Just remove the motor from the mount and tap the shaft back in place so the Circlip (E Clip) is flush against the motor, and retighten the grub screws with a 1.5 mm Allen Key

In this view you can clearly see the Grub Screw on the hub.
