Hello,

I am interested in scratch building an edf jet with 2 55 mm edf units. These "MYSTERY EDF HL5508 2427-4750KV BRUSHLESS MOTOR 55MM" (http://www.rcbharat.com/brushless-motors/186-mystery-edf-hl5508-2427-4750kv-brushless-motor-55mm.html) seems like the perfect thing for the build.

However I have searched a lot but couldnt find the specifications for the edf combo (current draw, number of lipos, thrust,... )

Please share some information if any of you have an idea about the current draw if I use a 3s setup.

Thanks

Re:

That's around 250 watt motor and a 3 s combo should draw a current of around 22 amps  u should have an ESC of at least 25 amps 30 amp would be better .. All the best
