I have a problem with the battery to ESC connection.
I have soldered bullet connectors on them. The male bullet on the ESC & the female one on the Battery. But I did not put the EC3 cover (blue colored) over them. So now whenever I try to connect the ESC to the Battery, there is short at the battery female connector. A couple of times I connected them quikly even when the connectors shorted (gave out a spark ), but now I am not doing it again as i think its risky.
Please help me. What should I do.
It would be great if I can meet someone from Mumbai & show it to him.
I live in Chembur.
Please help me out with this issue. Help Me

Thanks,
Vikalp.

when try to connect battery with e.s.c , keep your receiver switch (connecting reciever and esc) in off position. this will reduce the spark.  You can use T connector or XT 60 connectors for connecting battery to e.s.c. They are made for this purpose. bullets are for esc and motor connection.

this may be due to high discharge capability of lipo,s.

This is where i made the mistake. I didnt cover those bullet connectors with the EC3 cover (blue colored outer cover). Now i have to desolder the wires & re-solder them & put the EC3 cover over them. This will prevent the sparking. & it will also prevent the two battery wires to touch each other.
The battery that I am using is 3S-20C-220mAH Lipo. & the ESC is 30Amp.

I have resolved this issue. I have got the bullet connectors covered by the EC3 connector. Did not had to desolder anything.
