Vinay and yours truly have already commented on the page! The prop adapter looks really interesting.

I think EP is economical only till 400-600 size. Its better to smell gas/Nitro and get hand soiled with IC engine for bigger model.

Such Big Motor + ESC + LiPO (multiple) is much costly affair than single investment on a Gasser!

Not the same size, but I flew a 50 size plane converted to electric by Mr Arun at Sholavaram last Sunday.  Hadn't flown electric conversions of such size so far, the feel is completely different ! I have to also admit that glow/gas feels more at home at this size (could be just a personal feeling/preference) :)

I believe Sai/RCForAll supplied the motor and the ESC.

With the (earlier?) concerns about glow fuel, it is no wonder people were considering electric conversions even on their bigger models.

The prop adapter looks really interesting.

This type of prop adapters are common for this type of gasser engines, no wonder the equivalent electrics went with the same type.

A lot of times you have to precisely drill the holes on the props to match these prop mounts !

Doesn't such Engines come with a acrylic 'Template' guide holes which one could use to drill holes ?
Nevertheless Monster motors!
