I am trying to use a Turnigy Brushed ESC 30amp esc for powering two brushed motors on my boat.. till yesterday all was good.. I had tested the motors and esc while building the boat...but finally when the time came for water test i am facing problems with the esc. The motors start running as soon as I am connecting the battery as if it was directly connected to the battery. Irrespective of whether the transmitter is on or off.. I have tried looking over the net could not find any solutions...please help

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

Check the servo wire and connection running from the ESC to Rx

Sir I have done that.. the motor starts at full throttle even when the esc is connected to a lipo and all other connections are removed including the receiver.. its behaving as if the motor is directly connected to the battery..

Seems like some short in the ESC. Do you have another ESC to check with?
