@jnsahil,
1. Use less throttle, as Saikat sir said, or
2. Use less load, i.e, smaller prop.

Motor max current of 34amps does not mean it will draw 34amps.
It is the current above which the motor will overheat/burn.
It is therefore a limit on the load, or max prop size.

If you have a wattmeter, you can check the current drawn by different props at full throttle.
Otherwise, if you mention the make and specs of the motor, and some details of the proposed model, you may get specific suggestions on suitable prop size.
Regards

@jnsahil,
Is this what you have? (See pic)
Must be 2200kv, not 2000kv.

I see that mine still has a 7x4 on it!
You can look at my last year's thread '60% Curare'

In reply #3 I said
"Surprisingly it took a 7x4 without overloading. But then i usually fly at half throttle, including takeoff/launch! "

As far as I remember, this motor is supposed to use 5x5, 6x3, or max 6x4 prop.
Intended for fast models, not trainers.

If you wish, tomorrow morning I can put it on my test rig and check the current draw on 7x4 and 6x4 at full throttle on 3s.
And perhaps on 8x4 and 8x6 on a 2s lipo.

Would you like to tell us details of the model you are planning?
And whether using 2s or 3s.

@jnsahil,
When I tested the motor with 7x4 prop today, I realised that there is one more limiting factor, viz, the max current your battery is capable of without its voltage dropping below ~10v.

On my 2-3 year old Zippy 1000mah 3s, it was unable to draw more than 20amps, as the voltage started going below 10v.

However, with my 2 year old Haiyin 2200mah 3s at about half charge (11.5v), full throttle took 30amps/300watts. My 30amp ESC started getting warm within seconds despite being in the airflow.

(Haiyin lipo and Beatles ESC from Kinetichobbies)

Conclusion:
If you use a 7x4 prop, and your battery is capable of providing over 30 amps, the motor will overload your ESC.

Hence if using 3s, avoid exceeding prop size of 6x3, 6x4, 5x5 with a 30amp ESC.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Thnx kk for doing this much exercise for me. I hv a 2200 Mah 3s 30c battery. I want just 200 w motor which can perform on 7060. Props . For my 500 g cub made of thermacoll. I was flying it with a 2806 1450 kv motor it was working nicely but after a nose crash my motor start humming(I don't know why) and stalls after 50% throttle. Can you suggest me any motor.

@jnsahil,
For a 500gm Cub, 50-100watts is enough.
My 60", 450gm Sunbird climbs easily on ~60watts (see my Sunbird thread)
Suggest Emax CF 2805/2812/2822. Excellent value for the price.
