Title: Emax BLHeli 30A ESC question / problem Post by: pawan.pandey on December 29, 2016, 01:01:59 PM I got the EMAX BL HELI 30A ESC .
Using motor RC Timer 2826 1500kv . All ESC default settings. Brand new ESC Motor does not run smoothly, specially at idle/half throttle. It sounds like some steps are missed. It runs but not smooth. Same Motor runs great on a Plush 30A ESC. Very smooth , Is there any ESC settings to be made ? I thought ESC is popular so should work well out of box. Turn on transmitter, rise throttle to maximum, then connect battery to esc with motor and receiver connected, you will hear some beeps, the push throttle to minimum then you will hear some beeps, Your esc is then calibrated, If that doesnt correct the problem then connect it to your pc and configure with blheli suite,
