Hi frnds..Should I use the same company esc .....for example I have  avionics 11
00 kv brushless motor........ can i use 40 a hobbywing esc for it or shd i use avionics esc only.

No its not necessary to have the same brand of escs as the brand of motors but all escs you are using should be of the same brand (if you are making a multirotor)
P.S. why are you using 40A esc on that motor?
I guess a 30A would suffice

Previously I used 30 a esc .........it is getting heated ...I am making a hovercraft so I thought to go for 40 a

It will get a bit heated up..not an issue. Even the 40A esc will get a bit warm. However it wouldn't get that warm, so that your esc burns. Most of the time esc are chosen in such a manner that the esc's current handling capacity is 10A more than the motor's max current draw for safe margin!
