RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

I have not done so yet, but a quick search led me to this :

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7100835/anchors_7109103/mpage_1/key_/anchor/tm.htm

This uses a standard servo arm (dual side one) as a prop adapter.

Wow... that was a nice & very cheap prop saver Smiley Saved me couple of bucks.. and I just made myself one.. You need some thread lock or poxy to hold that arm over the shaft. I am going to use Hot glue first as its easy to remove if required.

Here I am attaching the picture of motor (came with AXN Floater). It doesn't have the bolt, both threaded holes (marked with arrow) are vacant when it arrived. So, how the X and Y are connected? is it glued?

Regards
Dileep

Any one have the idea? Do I need to put one screw into it? (the 'x' and 'y' are marked in the image)

Yes, Normally it comes with 2 or 3 small screws which will go inside the thread,(Allen key type). Do you have a 3 mm wheel lock nut if so, use the screw from that. Or find any small screw which matches the thread. Then for the base plate to firewall, again you have to buy small aluminum screw from the market. They are not supplied with the motor normally.
