hello there,
tell me whether u can hear beeps from Esc when u connect it to motor.
u should check which channel is for Motor, (connect Esc to each of 4 ch. one by one and give throttle to test it.)

Your TX seems to be Futaba.  So reverse the throttle channel (that should be channel #3).

Also, please put a meaningful topic name when you start a new thread.  "For help" is too generic to make any sense.

Connect the esc input in ch 3 of the receiver.
Ensure that the trim of throttle is down.
Then it should arm when you connect the battery to the esc.
Increase throttle and check if it rotates.
If it does not arm then give full throttle and full trim and then decrease the throttle. If it starts now then the channel is reversed.
