How do I use Anti Vibration Mount

I bought these for mounting my KK2.1 board to my F450 frame. But it came with no instructions. How do I use these?

I am not sure which way is up on this mount. There appear to be adhesive pads on it as well as holes for nylon bolts. You will need to use the pads along with M3 size nylon nuts, bolts and standoffs for mounting though I am not sure whether the nylon bolts are for attaching the kk to the mount or the mount to the frame.

Just use double sided sticky tape to mount your KK board to the mount.
