its bashing time!

hi folks,

i guess this question may have already been asked before, but i am too tired to search  Grin

i wanted to know about the different types of motors and other important parts used on electric planes. i have no idea what inboard or ourboard motors are. what difference brushed or brushless motors make along with how motors are rated (vold/kva, etc.)

i am considering getting a real cheap electric plane like the multiplex easy star.

id appreciate if someone helped me out with the info of suggested another thread on the same.

thanks and cheers

dear Anirban,
All the answers regarding your questions are there in the forum. When i was new to RC i learnt many things just by searching. No one else will do it for you. You will have to take time initially, or else you may end up spending extra money worthless.
People will help you if you initialize. Dont take me wrong.

Even if you get wrong conception or u are confused, just share, forum members are there to correct you.

Here are some google searches on wikipedia, i usually refer.I think it may help a bit. There is lots more knowledge in forum. But i want you to search yourself on forum.
