Title: Minimum RPM of BLDC motor
Post by: Malolan Venkataraghavan on September 13, 2019, 08:35:55 PM
Hey, guys! I have a doubt about BLDC motors. Can someone tell me how I can figure out the minimum RPM I can run my BLDC at?

Background knowledge: I do know that changing the throttle value given to the ESC changes the voltage that the ESC supplies to the motor.

What to do you exactly mean by minimum RPM and why do u want to use it for?

You can rotate your BLDC really really slow if needed. Like 1 RPM but it needs tweaking ESC firmware.

might as well use a brushed motor , and a brushed esc , or use reduction gears as in cars
