Your setup seems to be fine. I hope your model would be weighing somewhere around 400-450gm. So, you need to go with 8X3.8 prop as suggested on RCB for getting required thrust.

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.

What prop you are using ? If it is used with 8x3.8 prop, it can take max 60 watt. So, the current comes to 60/7.4 = 8.1 Amp
Now, depending upon the servo model*, it takes the current.
You can run even with 10A ESC (H-King 10A) that has 1A BEC. it smoothly serves 3 nos 9 gm servo with 3D model (24" WS). of course with receiver loading.
So, 20A ESC having 2A BEC will works fine if you design with 9-10 gm servo (3-4 nos).
*Look,
the servo current will not only depend on the servo model but also the area of work, velocity and the stunt you want to perform.
And your battery can deliver max 900mA x 25C = 22.5A and the full load current is much less. So it is also OK.

Now weight,
Taking TG9/HXT900 servo 3 nos = > 3x11 gm = 33 gm
ESC = 18 gm
Motor = 18 gm
battery = 48 gm
prop = 3gm
receiver = 11 gm
fixing screws = 8 gm
-----------------------------------------
Total = 121 gm.

Now taking coro wing, 33" x 9" as wing, coro weight comes to = 33x 7 x 0.25 gm = 57.75 gm (single coro wing of 3mm)
Elevator = 8" x 4" and rudder = 6" x 5" (triangular) = 32 + 15 sqinch = 47 x 0.25 gm = 11.75 gm
So, except fuse and fixing screws the weight comes to near about 70 gm.
Fuse, and other fixing materials comes to 50 gm max.
So AUW = 121+70+50 = 241 gm max.  ..... my assumption.

Hello Sir,

Thanks a ton for detailed explanation, really elevated Smiley appreciate it a lot

Yes I am using avionics 9gm * 3 servos

currently I am stuck with fuse, so didnt buy prop yet. Looking for nice foam that can hold wings, and planning for CF tube, as I am worried initial plan of plywood can make it heavy,

Thanks again Sir, I guess next week I can do the maiden,  Smiley Smiley
