HYDRO PLANER.....

no worries of over heating..
another mothod for boat and ship modelling is leaving the base as it is.. the base will absorb heat to a great extent..but rewinding the coil become tricky, that we have to rewind it from its base.. still works fine..

HYDRO PLANER.....

another method of cooling is fixing the motor on a heat sink itself..can collect from any computer mother board, or can find any apropriate heatsinks from scraps, or can buy.. make a little hole, by drilling on the heat sink, and can fix it in to the slot..can use 76 grade Cyano glue, that withstand a great heat..

for water cooling we can add a U tube, by a copper or brass tube can from 4 mm to 8 mm, and can fix the base like this.. then can glue with Cyano once..

amazing tutorial roopesh ji....

a million thanks for that

Sir, i made some scratches in my motor's stator while working on it. I painted it with enamel paint instead of pu paint. Will it do the job. Do forgive me if this is a big mistake.  Bang Head

Mubarak, dont worry.. apply a thin coat of fast epoxy glue, like Fevitite, or so, with a tooth pic, and spread it all the area.. and remember to spread it evenly.. then wait to dry.. rewind.. use good quality insulated copper wire.. and apply insulation varnish after rework.. works perfectly.. Thumbs Up
