Fly Low, Fly 3D, Fly often

I am not much into micro planes but have flown and built some small indoor electric 3D foamies.

This is what I would suggest for the size and weight of your plane.

You can get a Park 180 size motor or get something similar from Hobby King or similar online stores.

E-flite Park 180 - 2200Kv  (8.5 g)
http://www.horizonhobby.com/products/park-180-brushless-outrunner-motor-2200kv-EFLM1120

18-11 2000kv Micro Brushless Outrunner (10g)
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__5358__18_11_2000kv_Micro_Brushless_Outrunner_10g_.html

You can match these with a 7A-10A or small ESC (depending on your motor needs)

Servos could be 5g sub-micro or nano servos

Hobby King 3.7g / .4kg / .10sec Micro Servo
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__5459__Hobby_King_3_7g_4kg_10sec_Micro_Servo.html

Hobby King 4.3g / .5kg / .10sec Micro Servo
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__5458__Hobby_King_4_3g_5kg_10sec_Micro_Servo.html

180mAh 2S battery would be enough for a decent flight time.

To save further weight, you can remove the receiver casing, remove the ESC heat shrink wrap, cut the battery wire to exact length etc. Smiley

Practice, and only Practice will make you perfect

Donatas Pauzuolis has launched Arrow V2 and other indoor 3D, F3P aeroplanes, you could go through its specs to get an idea, also look at the airframe, he has cut out even the foam and covered it with some kinda cling film, here is the website, you could email him, he is prompt in his reply

Spec.
Model: 1811-2000
Kv: 2000rpm/v
Weight: 10g (With wires and mount)
Suggested Prop: 7x5
Suggested Power: 7.4v
No Load Current: .4a
Thrust: 130g / 5000rpm ( Knowing Hobby King that thrust at 5000RPM is really doubtfull since static for a 7x5 at 5000rpm is only 80 gms it has to be max thrust 130 gms at higher rpms and that prop 7x5 is also doubtful I believe you can use not more than 7x3 or a 6x4)
7.4v no-load speed: 15000rpm
Peak Eff Current: 5.5A
Shaft: 2mm
Diameter: 18mm
Length: 30mm (including mount & shaft)

with a 2S 450 gms for the lipo and a 6x4 prop you should be easily achieve a Plus 120gms thrust.

Your lipo is going to be 27 gms. Receiver is 8 gms. 6 Amps ESC 10 gms. Servo I would have prefered a less than 3 gms servo but two 9 gms servo (Big No for me ) is going to be like 26 gms may be more over all with all linkages and such. Motor is 10 Gms with connectors, prop and prop adapter and stuff is going to be like again a 22 gms. That makes it a total of about (27+8+10+26+22 = 93 gms) 93 gms only for electronics. You have hardly say from 27gms to about 120gms left depending on what type of  model are going to make. For a well made Glider you can even make a model for dry wt 140gms for the electronics. For a plane aerobatic or 3D you have to definitely loose the 9 gms servo and go for a 1.7 gms lenier or 3 gms servo and use a 2S 200 Mah Lipo. Then surely you can make a aerobatic plane.
