Hello
I am facing an issue with my recent quad
The problem is as follows
When I take off there is no issue but when there is a harsh landing or just a rough one , the prop comes out with the prop nut
Mostly the motor gets stuck and unable to move by hand but when I open it up , I find no reason for it to stop suddenly
No thing in the windings .. nothing with the magnets
although I have fixed this problem of motor jamming still the prop pops off
Has anybody else experienced this?

How is the prop fastened to the motors?

Any video? Did you try using locknuts? They are better than normal nuts for fastening props with the motor!

The prop nuts came with the motors
The problem is that on landing only that one motors prop spins off whereas the others remain on

Can't take it cause it happens occasionally when the quad hits the ground with jerk
It doesn't happens always but when it does I have to take a magnifying glass and search for the prop nut (not literally)

As meet2ami suggested, try using nylon locknuts. They are far more secure than the regular prop nuts. The size of locknut required depends on the diameter of your prop adapter.

Is it happening with the same motor or randomly? Try to find out that first. If so, then the thread of that particular motor shaft might be bad. or else try changing the nuts. Sometimes the nut threads are bad. It happened with me once. Crashed my quad as one of the prop flew away. Since then I started using locknuts above normal nuts!!

Looks like there is a thread problem
It is the same motor from which the prop pops off
But the point is that it never pops off in air it always pops off when the quad hits the ground with a bit of force
The nut won't get out when it's in air
I don't get it Huh?

this happens when the prop is rotating in the same direction that the nut is fastened - the hard landing
gives a little "jhatka" - to loosen the nut

eg. a normal nut is turned clockwise to tighten , and a normal prop rotates anticlockwise

that is why many multirotor motors are marketed with rotations marked CW and CCW the difference is in the way that the prop nut screws down.

solution to above problem

1. reverse the rotation of the motor and use a suitable prop
or
2. use threadlock - or in the absence of threadlock - nail polish . or a little feviquik on the shaft

glow modellers have long experienced a phenomena where the prop nut comes loose when the
engine kicks back
