help me here
I need esc/ubec guide for my RC plane

I have Hobby King 2.4Ghz 6Ch Tx & Rx V2 (Mode 2)
Rhino 2150mAh 3S1P 11.1v 20C Lipo
TR 35-36B 1300kv Brushless Outrunner
3 servos

Now i dont know which esc/ubec to buy and how to configure them.

I dont want to use 2 lipo. i want to use only 1 lipo.
I have shortlisted the following product can someone help me which should be the best. my plane weighs abt 1300gm

Hobbyking SS Series 35-40A ESC
Hobbyking SS Series 50-60A ESC
HobbyKing UBEC 3A / 2-6s LiPO
TURNIGY TRUST 45A SBEC Brushless Speed Controller

As far as i perceive, the motor chart says that the max current for the motor is 35A. And the rule of thumb is that the rating of the esc shud be about 1.5 times the max current for the motor.  So, choose an esc of the range 50-60 amps. But, i guess the 45A would also work fine. But, please wait for the inputs from other experienced members as i may be wrong.


BTW, good to see that you are also from kolkata, could you plz pm me your location.

i am frm new alipore but rite now i am chennai for job but will be bak within 2 yrs for gud...maybe v cud meetup..i'm sure i would learn a few things frm u!!!

go for a plush or a sentry with this motor you will get the best performance. i would say go for 50 above  Thumbs Up
