That creates confusion.  You should give the first person a reasonable amount of time to make the payment, and if that is not done, then give the chance to the second person.  There is no point in making two people send payment at the same time, then go through the trouble of refunding one.

No payment will be taken until confirmation of total cost anwar.
I'm keeping it transparent unlike others as it's a huge responsibility to sell  Tx's. 
I won't mind keeping it for myself if buyer isn't responsible too.

As of now both jitender and sumeet want to back off for different reasons, no probs.

Anwar, If any "seller-rules" at the forum, please suggest as this is my first sale.
I know this has been topic of discussion for long Smiley
For Tx's I would expect the buyer to at least PM his ID-Proof, what do you think?

If selling isn't working out clean, I will probably back off and sell only to local buyers (bangalore) avoiding all the payment, shipping cost confusion.
