I am sure Mr. Vivek is responsible enough to navigate the forum and read the details of the Sellers Guidelines for himself. The way that you have pointed out to him seems a little rude and pretentious on your part. If anyone has to politely point out the rules to him, then that person should be the Administrator himself.

By the way, the seller has indicated "Brand New In Box" in his post. Therefore posting stock pictures, IMHO, seems Ok. If you are really interested in buying the product, please PM him instead of "educating" him in public this way. I would be offended if you treated me this way on my first day at RC India.

VC uncle i didn't find it mentioned anywhere  that it is brand new mentioned in the post of the seller[mr.vivek]

and ..bout the tx seperately .... tx is actually(pre pre programmed one)

..so givin out tx rx brings down the products value (if at'all i oblige) and to add
..i ..don actualy hav any plans for selling the body seperately ..hence

.. my price is fixed ,product is fixed ,so get and rip out tx ,rx ..tat'll be fine .

.......the reson i'm saying it is becos it's a 3d heli (apart from devaluing)the price for most 3d 7ch 2.4 g cold be around 20k(im giving half rate for new one)

wat...i  ment was the tx was custom made for only that kind or only to that series of products ..so do u get it, u may have benifit after getting and taking out and using tx rx seperately ....but i won't have any benifit in doing th bussines .........

no..........u can use it with other products...but wat i'm saying is if  want tx rx seperately it will still cost you the same...

SOLD OUT ....hey pepople thank you very much for letting me post my sale ad sort of thingee..i sold the heli yesterday for a local friend here in chennai itself..(saves me a lot of job..especially shipping)...i'm really surprised by the kind of responses i've got frankly ,overwhelmed ! Ankur - I am perfectly fine with people just doing classifieds sales here, and not participating in any other discussion. The reason is that each classifieds sale potentially opens up an opportunity for someone to pick up a bargain on something that may otherwise be out of this reach.

PS: I am just clarifying the situation, not chastising you for the valid comment you posted.  We would love people doing more than just classifieds, but we leave it up to them :)
