Time has come for me to part with my trusty TT E325 PRO i bought, earlier this year . ( Reason for sale : need to fund the more expensive Nitro helis I have got into )

Condition of heli is as good as new. Flown fro around a hundred times only. Damaged parts replaces with original TT components. All you need to do is plug in your Rx and go fly. Everything is setup perfectly ! .

The only flaws you will see are :
1. Landing gear broken. But fixed with araldite epoxy. Mentioning here, as the join is a slightly visible thin line
2. Battery tray has one tab chipped off.

Both of the above are really immaterial. But posting for the purpose of clarity.

Asking price : Rs 14,000/-  + shipping ( around Rs 500/- anywhere in India)

( This is not new , and the sticks have some fiberglass tape on them, as though they didnt break, they seemed to be splitting. )

Considering the MRP of 20K for the above, I think it should be a good deal for anyone thinking of getting into helis.

This combo is available in Delhi and Mumbai for 14-15K brand new. My friend bought 2 of them recently.

I would be interested in the information as well. As In that case Rotor Chennai is really fleecing on the 17.5K ( + taxes) deal

I am not sure we can call it fleecing. Even if this is true, it may be just a case of old stock versus new stock, which is part of the problems faced by all LHSes. It is an uneasy feeling to see that the price of the same item has come down in the same shop over an year by as much as 50% is many cases.  But that is just a factor of stock movement, and how newer stock is generally cheaper.

BTW, you do not feel that you need to hang on to a good heli in this size ?  Or is it because you feel that the need for a heli of this size would be satisfied by the HK450 Pro ?

Whatever the case it was selling for the amount mentioned. Modelart.... full combo minus tx and rx.

also a difference of 2.5k is hardly fleecing. For a high value item that much is already taken care of by the forex fluctuations and inventory costs that our poor LHS guys have to face. I appreciate their efforts.

Basic point: Plastic heli + 100 flights = some depreciation.

From what I know, Modelart was the primary dealer of Thunder Tiger(at least in Bangalore).  It is possible that they are the main distributor for all of India, and may be having some price advantages as a result.

Possible...although they just had a few in stock. Got similar deals in Mumbai as well...

What is the source in Mumbai, if I may ask ? It is always good to know where items are available.  And if prices are lower, that makes it even more useful information.

Hmm. OK. Will reduce price to 12K. I loved the heli, and selling as I have the 450GT Pro which is in the similar size and plus hopefully a better 3D performer.
So new Selling price : Rs 12,000/- Plus shipping.

cool. Am sure it will sell.  Btw check the feathering shaft bolts on the 450Pro. His heli spit out the blades mid flight coz he forgot to check the loctite on those crucial bolts.

Ensuring loctite on all cruicial bolts is a must regardless of the brand/model. On the cheaper ones, it can be misleading that they came "partly" assembled, but you need to take everything apart and build it from scratch with loctite and grease/lube as applicable. I also read that there are tiny pieces of aluminium inside many bolt holes from the milling on the HK models, that you have to try to clean them out. Haven't got the time to build mine yet
