Information sharing improves knowledge of both.
Being 4000kv, what prop it recomended ?  Is the props available ? Please inform as for slow flyer needs near 1000 kv and >2000 kv for jet models, normal sf props will not be suitable for this. Possibly 4030 or 4035 or 4025 be required ! Do you have the props ? Or any LHS ?

@kalyan sir: sir i have 2 of this.
 one is 3500kv they recommended 7x5E with 3s
I used 6030 EMAX  PROPELLER from rcdhamaka, and my motor got fried in 2 mins.. Bang Head Bang Head
Another one is the same (4000KV) i am using it for a custom project now.. wich working fine now.. will update when i finish my work..
I dont think it can handle 3s lipo..
Safe to use 3-4" props only with 2s..

Safe to use 3-4" props only with 2s..
It should be fry.
2204 with similar power (60 appx.) have 1450 kv and use 7x3.5 So with 3 times kv, you need to reduce pitch 1/3 times or have to adjust pitch and dia synchronously keeping dia x dia x pitch = constant. So, with 7050 prop, 3S and 4000 kv, you are taking appx 3 x 5/3.5 = 5 times of power. Now ESC will restrict and you adjust throttle final set point. So Still it will deliver 10A x 11.1 volt = 110 watt which 2 times than designed parameter. So, You should expect smoke.
Now,
aeroworks 20 watt 4000 kv motor (1410) recommend 4025 prop for 2S, So for 3S and 60 watt, it should be 4040 or 5030 (Max)
4025 with 2S = 20 watt
4025 with 3S = 30 watt --- (20*3S/2S)
4040 with 3S = 48 watt  -----(30 x 40 /25)
5030 with 3s = 64 watt (Limit with 90% throttle).   ---- (48 x 5x5/3  x 4/5/5)

I think prop basic may be unlocked a little bit with this simple calculation.
There are other factors, like plane velocity which is not always related to pitch speed and depend upon model. Same motor in AXN Floater and jet model will make axn floater more hot as it's velocity is low and so less forced cooling.
