Robin Bought from us:
Tarot Ironman 1000 frame for Rs. 22500
Tarot 650 for                        Rs. 5000
Tarot 1555 Propellers(5 Pairs) Rs. 6500
Plastic propellers(4 Sets)        Rs. 800

He paid us a total of Rs. 42,500
Balance- Rs. 7,700

He did order a Hexacopter St800 which we were unable to deliver on time, because of some technical problems.
We didn't want him to deliver a Copter which was Risky to Fly.
We adjusted the Balance amount with the advance for
St 800 (Rs.7,700)

We offered to refund back the money, but he wanted Rs. 60,000 from us. We don't know where the figure came from. We are not liable or responsible Rs. 60,000.

NAZA V1 is perfectly fine.

Truth is subjective and we have nothing more to say.

We have been delivering the best customer service in the industry and will continue to do so.

i never demanded 60k.... i was convinced by funaster to take the whole kit rather than st800 frame when i agreed, dropped my controller with them, and 20k,
it was but obvious that the propellors were for hexacopter,..

FUNASTER, WHAT DID YOU DO? HERE YOU GO:-
they troubled me calling to office atleast 10 times,
 when i took their dys escs, they said to take maytech(difference per esc was 2000), i couldn't afford it so i refused, so they agreed to work with dys..
now they said their dys escs are faulty(or has wrong firmware) and gave me maytech, which again after a week they claim to be not working and asked me to get esc's myself(all these faulty products were listed in their website),
when the setup had a problem they said that my controller might be faulty so they tested it in their tarot 650 and later reported me that the controller with gps was perfectly fine for which i was sure as i even have the maiden shot of the last flight with that controller.

now they asked me to get esc's(which i bought from chintal and they told me it was working fine afterwards)
but again after 3 more weeks they tell me controller has some fault now so they again suggest me to go with their controller and spend more,

i appreciate that funaster is good at apologising and i regularly received an apology(at least 20 times, which even includes "sorry we might have ruined your controller, but we don't have much experience with v1 and we don't deal with anything less than v2"
WHY DID YOU AGREE TO DEAL THEN???

afterwards they even showed me an st800 with same motors and dys esc's and said that they made it for one of their client, but i remember when i enquired for dys, they said the brand is crap and don't go for it, but when escs were not working they said not to worry , they just need to upgrade firmwares and the escs are best brand, and has the best production.

the date promised to me was 3 days after the payment, just tell me how in any case an order can be extended by 10 times of the promised date??

the sales guy of funaster "anirudh" behaves really badly(i literally mean very harshly) which is not acceptable..

when i did a little part of my research i found out the customers of funaster are very unhappy with their way of dealing, and their ultra expensive setups are crap, and they lost their expensive camera's
Many senior forum members are very unhappy with funaster because their price transitions, quotes and quality, and listing faulty setups in their websites

NOW IT SHOULD BE CLEAR FUNASTER THAT you have my 20k(as tarot 650 was a deal after this hexacopter one), there is no way i will take props, my f**ked up controller(i don't really know how you did it, probably the way anam threw it in the desk the time i was in office, it hurts, i'll throw your skyhero like that one day), 6x escs (which is now of no use to me).. and a lump sum amount which i'm supposed to return to other party..

ONLOOKER FORUM MEMBERS I WILL TOTALLY APPRECIATE YOUR INVOLVEMENT, JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WOULD DO IF YOU HAD BEEN IN MY CASE

1 more thing; for the best customer service means they won't listen to you at all, wont pickup your calls and when they do, they're not in office and busy so they can't spare time to talk, so call again next day..
best customer service is satya gupta from quadcopters who replies to all mails, talks and resolves not just professional but personal issues as well

i am willing to deal in legal terms now and whatever the truth is will drop by soon, gained a little confidence with their customers who were previously cheated by them and are willing to stand with me

the biggest living proofs of they are robbers is i can prove a no. of items listed in their website which are broken/non-working which they will sell of to newbies and they will be confused in (how to use this thing)

also please pm me, any member here, if he had a bad experience with funaster,
i will take your case as well and its time we should respond in legal terms to these bunch of recently graduated students, who fooled a series of people(that doesn't mean they haven't made good setups) claimed their experience over a wide range of multicopters, and even claiming in their website that they are india's best hobby store, while senior members say they fairly have any experience who recently learnt stuffs from noida aeromodelling club

please, i need no pity, only justice

got to know 1 more thing, the funaster page admin deletes post and blocks people whoever posts a bad review against him while the +ve reviews are stored as it is

Funaster assures one thing, that we don't sell faulty products .
Because products are 'not perfect' sometimes.
We don't ask a single question, while replacing our products.
If Robin or someone else has got any faulty product from Funaster.com/RcHobbyAddict.com, we'll replace it.

We don't a hide the defect from the customer.  
We assure that the fault is minor and will not harm anyone.
The Prices are also low for a damaged product.

For getting a replacement of a product:

1. Valid Warranty period.
2. No Physical damages.

That depends whether you know the absolute truth or not but thats not always possible(atleast on a forum). It also becomes subjective if you dont speak up and your wish of not speaking any further complicates it .As an audience, its difficult for me to understand from the statements made by both parties, what exactly happened or whats the 'TRUTH'. So its impossible for me to arrive on a conclusion.

for ex:
1)You say FC is alright, while Roby says its fried, whats the truth?And what about the receiver which he claims you damaged?

2)If the order was for one completely assembled copter, why are there 2 more frames props etc in the purchase list? Was it willingly ordered by Roby, or is there a story behind it?

I think you are on the same boat, with you being an undergraduate probably. Your client must be thinking the same thing about you such as you dont know your stuff,business,technical-know-how; didnt fulfill the promise in time and will be calling you a cheat if you dont pay him back. So do you think if he comes here and starts name calling would it be of any help?

For you Roby, please make a list like below, so that we know what do you want. According to Funaster, only Rs 7700 is due with all the items that you purchased and things you provided.

Total amount paid:
Your Order:
Items bought with individual pricing:
Items which you are willing to pay for:
Items that were forced upon you and not willing to pay for:
Items that you provided them with:
How much amount do you want back now:

As for the esc's purchased by you (which you are not willing to take back), thats the only loss which you should bear(not in case if you use them to fulfill your clients order).

Roby had I been in your place,
-Take back all the items that were provided to lhs
-Take all the items that I willingly ordered(frames etc) and the remaining balance. If Im still unsatisfied then,
-I would have first registered a criminal complaint under section 420 etc of cheating and get a copy of the same. Then contact a lawyer and send a legal notice to the accused.
-Filing FIR shouldnt cost you anything,and sending a legal notice shouldnt cost you much. Or find your local consumer court and appeal there, as far as I know its much faster. However once the case reaches court, its going to take up some money and time(in years), but if you are confident about winning the case, you will be awarded your money with damages from court.

Funaster, had I been in your place,
-First of all I would return whatever the customer provided me with(items/parts).
-Reimburse/replace any damaged items that were provided by him in working condition(FC/receiver).
-Not charge for the items that were required in the build of the copter which I promised to deliver.
-Charge him only for items that were willingly purchased other than the complete copter setup.
-Deliver all the purchased items and remaining advance amount.

I'll tell you the whole story:

Robin comes to us for a Hexacopter frame St800 which was for Rs. 8,000.He wanted just the frame and some electronics. But instead he purchases Tarot Ironman 1000 Octocopter frame which I sold him for Rs. 22,500. That tarot Frame he sold for Rs. 40,000 to his client which I got to know from his Client directly. His client doesn't know what to do with that frame. Another day he comes and asks me if you have anything more in your store I'll buy it. I offered him a good price he bought another Tarot 650 frame for Rs. 5000
Tarot 1555 propellers(5 pairs) for Rs. 6500 and plastic props for Rs.800(4 sets). The Products I sold him were super discounted.

We offered to help him with the St800. He pressurized us to use 'his NAZA V1', we have no knowledge from where he bought it.
Said he was low on budget, I also don't know what he quoted his client.

We have offered Robin to close it but I believe he is not willing. He came to our office 3 days back without the products. How to close it we don't understand. He even threatened us in our office.
 
Note:

NAZA V1 is perfectly fine, which we have showed him. But he wanted a 3 months warranty on his NAZA V1 from our company. I don't know the source where he bought it or how old it is.

We told him the Radio/receiver problem in the beginning. His purchase source unknown and the life is also unknown.

He bought all the products willingly.

We are still ready to close it

wow funaster, all the negativities of mine are shown, then dare to talk about yourself, please explain these:
1-after testing gps on tarot 650 and then telling me that now its faulty while accepting that when they received it in working condition, did a successful maiden, and then reported me after 2 weeks that its not working,
2-extending 3 days of building time to 1 month
3-troubling me with 100's of their lies(i've made a list, will include in FIR)

now shall i remind you the tarot frame was 44,000 in your website a month back?
you are just diverting onlooker's attention when the frame was never in scene

Now to your just posted lies:
1- i was threatened by both anirudh and one more guy(lately who said that his family sth sth his uncle sth sth police sth sth)have previously included points of what their response were, they're in no short of lawyers,etc. don't need to recall that again.I have received threatening bawls from everyone excluding anam, but even he shouted at me once.

2-the controller is not a bulb that it will either lit or not lit up, the explanation you gave that after 50% controller switches of some motors will obv crash the model, you yourself proved me controller wasn't fine and now you are telling me its fine again? LIAR

3-i pressurised you to use my v1? can't stop loling. you pressurised me to take a used St800 frame with used tarot motors and totally rugged and used setup


funaster troubled me a lot in every way, they used to call me to their office made me wait for hours

they called me to their office for stupid things like talking, but in the phone they will have no time, on a case as serious as this, they will say 'we're busy' when they will pick up

moreover they are a bag of lies, they are willing to give my things back with an affidavit and a sorry it was my fault in forum and fb pages,
they delete and hide their negetive reviews and scream for their positive ones, they've had maximum haters in this forum, some of them are willing to files cases with me,
sundaram i agree with you, for taking back whatever they've offered, and then fighting back legally

so funaster i'm sending you my acc details, and my address, i'll make a video of receiving of parcel to see the condition of whatever i'll get in whatever condition,
the next i'm sure is they'll ask me to come to their office instead for which i'm not comfortable as my last experience was really bad visiting your place.

after we wind this up i have many updates on funaster based on concrete text or voice recording evidence, which i'll be posting here(links) and linking them with adwords, so that whenever people will search funaster or rchobbyaddict.com in google, they can see and judge themselves

sidewinder sir i never asked for the rebate of tarot1000 frame as i purchased it, but for the deals of tarot650 and props were done after the booking for st800 copter was done and they started working on it, the money came from clients pocket, ut it was but obvious with both the parties that props were for hexa,
i was about to order rcdhamaka props and i even told them that, when they quickly droped their prop price from 2200 to 1300,
they wanted me to use their v2 priced at 23k, which was for 18k with chintal, and their batteries at 21k when they again dropped it to 19k which was still far more than what chintal was offering of 10ah and a better discharge rate

there are lies and fraud at each corner and each part funaster owns

i can prove that you people sell faulty products allegedly and knowingly, and i've got to know a lot of new things about you,

will come up to all that, but before that refund and ship what you promised,
i.e. my 6x40a escs, 3xpairs of props, naza v1
and transfer the amount Rs.7700 to my account,
address and acc. details sent.

once i get stuffs and my advance back, we can discuss the other things...

well robin i feel sorry for you ,but as far as in my concern anam has been quite a helpful guy i have known him for quite a long time since 2009 ..personally i suggest you have a talk with him directly along with your client and resolve your matters

no he has not deposited any money, well i have no issues in writing that all my dues are clear after receiving amount and my things in working condition...
but obviously that will be done only after i receive the payment and my items..
they can keep the receipt after payment and the tracking details, but once i send them the mail without receiving anything further problems will be imposed
