All members to rcindia forum.Just 3 weeks before i bought the listed items
4-gt motors
5-esc(4nos 30amp,And 1 Nos. 20amp)
the deal was done in 3500+shipping
When i received the package i just got the 4 motors and 4 Esc (30amp) the 20 amp was missing and in motors the X mounts were missing accept 1.
I was trying to call him but now he was just fooling me that remained parts were send or shipping likewise.
Anwar sir im requesting you plz lookout this kind of problems so further in future no one get problems while dealling.

Hemanthguru has long tryst with cheating and fooling people, like anwar bhai said he post in US forums too (Again trying to sell stuff), so you need to post your feedbacks there as well. some people are incorrigible, our man is one of them.

I think he has gone too far, my recommendation is to ban Mr Hemanthguru

I thought of that... but there are two issues.

1.  We have not heard his side of the story.

2.  People can always create new accounts... at least there is feedback to be related to the same account now.

But why isn't he giving his version? That becomes an admission of guilt, by default.

The said member has not logged in since Sept 6th.  That could be the reason... it could also be intentional that he has not logged in.

Discussing the same on Facebook (with an audience of the aggravator or his contacts/friends) is yet another way to seek out a resolution... made possible by the digital era we are living in.

i had also brought motors and ESC form this person....

he promised me 7 motors, 6 esc's and a  tricopter frame...
i received 6 motors and 6 esc  and a broken frame

i had a conversation before dealing that the motors are like new and i will get them as i would get them from HK with all accessories, that come in pack

the motors were in very bad shape, vibrated a lot, the shaft was cut off, the nut and the washer were local pickup and not the orig...

i called him for the replacement of the booms(frame) and the motor he was suppoe to send... also for the motors and the condition..... and asked for a refund... he insisted that he cant give a refund as he does not have enough cash and will send me the motor and the booms

he gave me false tracking ID on 2 occasions for which he replied that he was out of town and some one els is sending it for him....

he did not receive my calls for around 2 weeks... but when i called from other no, he would pick up, act as if he was in hurry.. would say he would call back... and never did.... his reason for the 2 weeks delay was that he's friend met with and accident in blore and he was there...

finally i got the motor and the booms, but as promised he did not give the ones i had asked for.. and said he will send it soon.... that soon has never come yet...!!

he has also started his own website for multirotors...! http://www.brainwing.in
the site shows location mumbai... but he is in davangere/karnataka

all of all most of the case it is solved( reworked the motors and they are working fine) but a bitter experience

I just spoke to him for the first time ever (I have had no dealing with him, whatsoever) and told him that my advice was to clear EVERYTHING on the forum. Vague excuses were dished out and he "promised to do so by Monday".

So, could we consider that a deadline for a possible - or actually mandatory -blacklisting?

@Gusty Sir, i think it's too early to write Mr. Sandeep Bajare name here.

1. it was just an experience while dealing, the deal never completed.
2. still Mr. Sandeep Bajare has to respond on that thread (if he likes to)
3. the deal discussion was offline and not online (i am not sure if it matters)

5. no monetary loss happen to anyone till now dealing with him online.

I am not on any of the side, but this is what i personally feel.

2. Nothing derogatory has been said
3. He has been active after immediately after the thread has been posted and hopefully has seen it. Why didn’t he post a rebuttal is a mystery
4. IMHO he should post his rebuttal, at both the places if he wishes to.
5. Demeaning somebody is worse than cheating, if you go to 'xyz' person, be ready to be ill treated that's what it means. if i know this fact about somebody, even if he is giving stuff for free (not that i require any) i won’t go close to him.
6. Discussion was offline, and posted by S_K not knowing what will be repercussions on him, that is quite courageous.

All these aspects were considered over in these two days by me, and like I always say, I am an eternal student, ready to learn all the time and will eat humble pie anytime, and apologise to anybody if I make a mistake, including this case

I too feel its too early to incl Sandeep in this thread. This thread contains names of ppl who have cheated others. We don't know what exactly happened in this case. May be the buyer was low balling or something which the seller did not like and choose not to go ahead with the deal.

1.he can rebut and may be at the end of the rebuttal, outcome may be something else,
2.even if someone low balls, does it give someone right to misbehave? I know in the fish market or in flea market that what happens in India, a low balling customer should be prepared for misbehaviour from the seller. Does it need to happen here as well

Just feel this a bad experience case, not a fraud case.

1. Mr Bajare may have active after the post but he also might now knowing that thread will go so long and may waiting to respond all. There will be lot of assumptions for not replying too
2. Mr S_K is new to forum and its nice & good that he shared his side of experience, but i even don't know the name of him/her, while Mr Sandeep is active members since last 3 years
3. Even Mr S_K post has assumptions

I don't know Mr Sandeep personally or never meet him, whatever i know him is on forum,  but still i feel his name should not be here as no actual fraud has been done, its just exp. which everyone faces to different levels.

My personal experience dealing with Mr. Bajare has been very good. I had ordered one of his scratchbuilt airplanes which was promptly built and shipped to me. The courier guy who delivered it to my house had bought the parcel tucked under the rear carriage which damaged the fuse and the wings. Mr. Bajare built another airplane for me and shipped it without taking any extra money from me. So my personal dealing with him has been positive.

Apologise for the delay and for not logging early. my hdd crashed and had to spend two days
restoring windows and then the net did not work.


My side of the story.

1. this guy came to me for a model a pushere one. ( he want one which will looks beautiful and has got aesthetics.
2. I asked him if he can fly or still learning - ans is newcome.
3. so i gave him a model, my own trusted design which is flying beautifully for 1K. ( without electronics )
4. this guy starts talking about looks and beauty and plus want it cheap.
5. I felt insulted, a beginner who does not know anything about abc of aeromodelling should be requesting me about learning rather than beauty and aesthetics.
6. Looking at his attitude i undestood that he had come to by a beautiful doll to play and not a model to learn.
7. so i denied any things further and stopped my discussion as i had to rush.

( PLS note that nowhere in the discussion have i insulted him or used fouled language )

I have learnt the hard way and its pays to learn. So if he really wanted to learn he would be learning to fly with me and not wasting his time here writing foolishly.

y him posting here I have not lost any respect here. but have learnt that a fool resides and some more fools are following.

Now when i call up this guy he is running away from me and not taking my calls. can anybody request him to take my calls pls. would lile to know how much he has paid to me for writing against me.

I deal with Mr.Bajare few months ago . I  ordered one of his scratchbuilt high winger model .So my personal dealing with him is good , i call him soo many time also.
