After spending frustrating hours over this D4R-II Rx bought from Roby/Robin John..and many more ID only he knows how many(Don't know why you require so many IDs  ).
First of all paid Rs 1800 for the Rx as I was in urgent need, dint even negotiate. When I received the Rx..I coudn't open the parcel as I was quite busy with my semester exams. After finishing them, opened the parcel to check the contents found the cables that come with D4R are missing, when asked him about the cables he said he forgot to put them and if I wanted any more of his stuff..so that he could ship them along with it. I didn't require anything, so he asked me to pay for the shipping of the cables?! Why the hell should I pay for the cables when it was the mistake of the seller? This wasn't the end of the problems. When I tried to bind the rx the bind button just fell apart. Informed seller about this and the first thing he does is BLAME IT ON ME!  After calling he starts making stories(check this thread he has done this with many  ) As it was a simple bind button I let it go as it could be done by shorting the button pads with a metallic object. The Rx was bound that way. When I connected it to my FC the goddamn Rx doesn't output any signal. Triple checked my connection everything was fine. Put My own D4R worked as charm. So the Rx bought from him was a busted one. Now when I tell him(roby) this he does the same thing BLAMES IT ON ME! Says you don't know how to use them!

My fault: I did not check the item on arrival And seller takes advantage of this and blames it on me for destroying the RX

To Robin: You can enjoy the 1800 that you have earned by selling the faulty Rx..but remember no CHEAT escapes.

need admins assistance here, this guy has confirmed me like thrice, the functionality of the product after receiving it,
after 4 days he claims a bug, and then says its fixed.
then after few more weeks, he now claims another problem.
And now he is trying to spam all over, claiming refund for something he must have broken.

Immediate admin intervention required, i can provide all chats/conversations etc.
If admin claims its my fault, i'll refund twice the amount.

I told you the rx is binding..that doesn't mean it works does it?

The product was checked on the day i shipped it, i also have a dated video.
All pics/details were shared with himadri.
He is trying to take advantage of the fact that i have fully refunded all those buyers who claimed a problem here.
If required i will produce the dated video

Also its been 4 weeks since he has been using this product.
He dint call me, but straightaway posted it here.
This shows he is a fraud.

please produce the video! and if I am not wrong you had 4 Rxs for sale so how am I supposed to know which one you sold to me?

If I am not wrong I have produced all the proofs or details from my side. Its you, who had failed to provide any single proof supporting all your claims.

And would you stop saying 4 weeks! It hasn't been a month also that I bought this product from you. Even you have the details of the transaction.
Please produce all the proofs supporting all your claims and close this matter here.

1) If seller forgets to ship something, it's his/her duty to ship whatever was forgotten, at no cost to buyer.
2) Buyer cannot leave the package unopened due to "busy schedule" and expect support whenever he wants.
3) If buyer has confirmed clearly that the product is intended as working, then the deal is done there. After that, it's not the responsibility of the seller. Buyer should use the product for a small period of time and then confirm it is working as required.

Roby just post a pic showing buyer confirming item was working and you'll be fine.
Himadari Roy next time you purchase something take the time to ensure it's working correctly before you report back to the seller. Also not seller's problem you had exams.

Totally agreed with Cycloned. I have already told himadri that he can have wires(though i did not promise it at the time of selling, it was clear that the wires came with the new rx, not used one)
Himadri confirmed its functionality on phone with me, and i had some whatsapp msgs too but my phone keeps clearing junk. Himadri recently posted a part of our conversation that made me believe he has the entire backup of our conversations over a month. But for some reason he wont give it to me/or post it, and he'll ask me to post PROOF, as he already knows i have no backup.

Himadri din't even call me, and straightaway posted a thread here, thinking i'll panic and quickly refund.
He is also not sending me the product when i told him i will refund him once i receive the product.
He even wanted to sell a battery on the same day to me for whatsoever price i want, and i'm convinced he wanted to dupe me.
I dint buy the battery, and after few hours this post. Just imagine, he had a conversation with me few hours back and he never mentioned the problem, and only after few hours i get this post here? Can someone even go to his place and check for the rx? Maybe its working and he is creating a mockery, maybe its not, but why wont he ship it to me?

How are you expecting a refund without shipping the product back to roby?

I am the proof that the receiver is not working... I went his home as we are working on the quad copter together... I saw that the receiver is not responding to any of the channels its like a dead module 

I did not want to comment on this topic but seller is creating a lot of confusion. Roby you have provided zero proof and claimed lot of things without giving facts. How do we know receiver was working at your end?

Ok so the only proof you apparently have is the chats which you dont have a backup of, what about the video you were supposed to share in the whatsapp rc group for which you required 1 hour to post as it was in icloud?

That itself is enough proof, dont make baseless claims and confuse people. If you give the refund well and good but was it required to make such a big deal out of it?

And I can quote any price I want, its upto the buyer to buy or not(I am not forcing anyone to buy, am I?)

As I hold frame reptile but i didnt backed off .
I was to transfer money in his bank but he refused me at last moment yestarday .
I was lucky otherwise he would not send it to me .

You both should take care of one thing.. ie. when we make a deal both the seller and buyer allways be communicating till the end of the deal..the seller should give a message to the buyer that about the last date for the payment. seller should inform the buyer eariler as possible.. And the buyer also keep uptodate with the seller. WIthout communicating each other things like these (b/w sodhitrm and roby) may happen..
