Earlier it gave just gave 190gm thrust I had to change magnets and rewinded it now it gave 280gm

Admins, please have a look and take necessary action.
I had clearly asked him whether I was first in line or not, he had confirmed I was.
We were negotiating, and then he messages me that it's sold.
His argument was that it was booked for me at a particular price and as I was negotiating, he sold it off to somebody else, he was clearly double dealing.

After all this, he has the guts to leave a negative feedback.

You left negative feedback first unnecessarily.It was booked for you for 2000 rs and you started to bargain.Booking doesn't mean I will have to sell you at any cost.The guy paid after I rejected your 1500 rs offer
