I have Turnigy 2213 20turn 1050kv 19A Outrunner  X 4 all soldered with 30cms wires and gold bullets [ 400 Rs each]

          Turnigy 25 plush ESC X 4 all solder with t dean connectors to the quad power distribution board. [ 400 Rs each ]

                                                                                                             + 200 for connectors and wires the i put on it

I have used them for ten flights in my quad and in working and excellent condition

I will give 2 pairs of counter rotating propellers [10 X 6 and 10 X 6R] for free if anyone buys the full combo

I'm not really happy the way this deal has gone. The communication has been a pain going back and forth for a week.

Hemanth has misrepresented the condition of the items. He confirmed in this thread and separate mail communication that this were as good as if I were to buy if from hobby king directly. Motors and brushless ESCs are not easily wearable parts and should be as good as new if used for just 10 flights. There are plenty of nicks on the motor to indicate rash use/crashes. The bearings in the motor range from ok to screeching. Definitely not signs of 10 flights.

It was also clearly agreed that the deal will include all accessories that comes with the motor from hobby king. Only half a prop adapter was included with the motors. He has promised and missed deadlines for the missing items many times. He has flimsy excuses that I don't trust at all.

I was also going to pick up props from him. He gave prices which kept on increasing with each communication. Finally the props and Lipo alarm mentioned in this deal was also not included.

Here are some pictures of the items. Compare with Hemanth's pictures.

5 points to be made very clear:

1: Leftover items of the deal was shipped to the below address, on 18th this month....i have attached DTDC counter file...

2: And I have clearly told the products were use and but working in a proper condition [ I can prove it by flying them on a quad for 12 min ]

3: The painting of the motor is removed partially because the bolts have to go touching the motor [ I had posted the pic before i did anything ]

4: Since the original mount present in the package, i included better alternative for mounting the motors for free.

5: I have responded all the times, and i had very serious reasons for my delay
 
                   It would be kind of u [ the buyer ] to note the above points and call me if u still need any clarification, since the deal was between us it was wrong of u posting a partially wrong information about the deal on public , I would have refunded the whole money if u were unsatisfied with deal, there was not need for all of the this     

 

You have sent only one package to me and I have received it. You might be trying to take advantage of the illegible handwriting on the receipt, but it is for the parcel sent on 15th. There was no second package shipped. And the address you have listed above is not the address I gave you for shipping.

- Assuming you shipped the remaining items on 18th why did you ship it to a different address than the first package ?

- Again if you shipped on 18th why did you sent this reply on 23rd making another false promise ??

It is not just chipped off painting. There are nicks on aluminium parts of the motor, both on the rotor and stator.

I did not say the motor doesn't work at all. But the bearing is not in good condition in all of them. Bearings don't get damaged with reasonable use, let alone 10 flights.

The acrylic mounts you included were an additional item and extra payment was made for them too.

Anyway, I was prepared to ignore all this if you had sent the whole accessories. They were important to me and I had specifically confirmed them before finalizing the deal.

I have sent you 7 mails so far on this deal in addition to PMs here. If they were not enough to resolve the situation, I don't see what more calls/mails will do. I have given you more than reasonable time to sent the remaining item through private communication. In my opinion the time for resolving this privately has passed. I no longer have the confidence that you'll follow through. The public post here is so that others dealing with you know what to expect.

Would have followed up with deals on the props and frame too, but after the way you were handling the situation, I just didn't have the confidence for further dealing with you.

I can't figure out what you call "partial wrong information". If you need clarity on anything more, you can ask here.

PLEASE try and track the parcel i was not taking any advantage of the handwriting, more ever the tracking number is clearly visible, if it was not delivered to u then u would have informed the same to me,
i would solve the issue, the motors are the same ones i post on the picture, i think u need to give a closer look at both the picture.

The tracking no: you have uploaded is for the first package sent on 15th and I have already confirmed receiving it. If there was a second package, you are yet to provide a tracking no: for it.

Not closing sale completed thread allowed buyer to respond and represent his grievances, sale is only completed when the buyer receives the stuff, examines that it is in consonance with the sellers representation, admin, could you come up with something that can satisfy this?

That's why i ask Rajesh sir to reply the he has received all the remaining Items of the deal.

Gusty bhai - These are minor technicalities. 99% of sales work fine, and they do not need to be reopened by buyers.   Even if buyers need to discuss a closed sale, they can always open a new thread pointing to the old one, and we now have 8 hands (including 2 of mine) to help merge that thread into the original sale thread promptly (along with unlocking it)

PS: I am already accused of being a rules master (always reminds of me the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld )
